Village of New Kentucky, a beautifully landscaped community is nestled in the tall trees of the Hockley area.  Amenities such as a community pool, walking paths, a tennis court, and tot lot make this community a wonderful place to relax and raise a family.

Village of New Kentucky is a deed restricted community managed by a Board of Directors, elected by the residents.  Administrative services are provided by Beacon Residential Mgmt, LLC § HOA & Community Management.

Snakes
There  are a lot of posionous snakes in the neighborhood. 
Fireworks prohibited no exceptions
Please be aware that it is a deed restriction violation to discharge fireworks as well as firearms within our community. We do not have fire hydrants within our community or other water access other than the pool. Thus fires can only be fought with whatever a fire pumper truck can carry. With a little wind and these challenges, fire can spread very quickly and cause much damage. Please refer to Section 6.01 Part M in the deed restrictions available on our web site at www.villageofnewkentucky.org..
Pool is Closed until May 2026
Pool is closed for the season. It will reopen in May of 2026.
VNK Trailer Extended Parking Request
The board is asking owners that have a need to park a trailer in a driveway for longer than the allowed 24 hour period to send an approval request via the "Contact Us" link to the left. This was implemented to allow a reasonable time for driveway parking of RVs, campers and other trailers without triggering a deed restriction violation and the POA incurring the associated administrative costs. You'll also notice the form can be used generically for any deed restriction deviation request. If you have any questions the "Contact Us" can still also be used for any questions to the board.
Email Distribution List
Use the Contact Us link to the left to request being added to the VNK Email Distribution List. We'll use the list to make announcements and share news and events. Note that Contact Us can also be used to send a message or question the board.
